Veterans seeking information on VA’s COVID vaccination plan can go to VA’s COVID-19 Vaccine Hub, where you can sign up to receive updated information, get questions answered, and express your interest in getting a vaccine when one is available through VA’s COVID-19 Vaccine Keep Me Informed tool. VA’s COVID-19 vaccine implementation plan will include an initial phase where there will be e a limited amount of vaccine to start. This will be followed by a general implementation phase, when large supplies of the vaccine become available..
In the initial phase, VA will offer the COVID-19 vaccine to the highest-risk, front-line health care personnel and Veterans residing in our long-term care Community Living and Spinal Cord Injury and Disorder Centers. Vaccinating our high-risk VA health care personnel helps us continue providing care for Veterans.
A follow up article with expanded information will be published later today.
